Welcome to my website and business! I have been in healthcare since 1995, working in a variety of settings. I started as a patient care tech, became a nurse, and finally a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have worked in primary care/family medicine, rural healthcare, perinatology, diabetes education, prompt care/walk in clinics, and secondary education. I have loved each and every setting and learned a lot from each.

Over the past few years, I have seen major changes in healthcare. Some good and some bad. I am ready to get back to the basics and work for you. I want to help get you to the best physical and mental health so that you can enjoy this life that we have here on earth.
