Terrah Cornell, Owner, Nurse Practitioner
Terrah (Pigg) Cornell is a board certified, Family Nurse Practitioner who grew up in the Smithfield-Cuba area and graduated from Cuba High School. She has worked in several different areas in her nursing career including high risk pregnancies, pediatrics, family medicine, public health, diabetes education, and prompt care/walk-in clinics. She has worked at OSF, Graham Medical Group, Bradley, WIU, Fulton County Health Department, and HSHS Medical Group. She has a special interest in diabetes as she has been a Type 1 diabetic for over 30 years without complications! She has been a Certified Diabetes Educator and loves educating about diabetes & healthcare in general. Terrah loves all of her patients & will treat any one of any age.
Madison Patch, Office Manager
Madison is Terrah’s oldest daughter and also a native of Cuba. She is currently enrolled in the Health Information Management program at Spoon River College so she can take over the business operations of the clinic. She graduated from Carl Sandburg College with a degree in Mortuary Science. She is a jack of all trades and has worked as and continues some jobs as a funeral director, school secretary, ordained clergy person, server and dance coach. Madison currently lives in Canton with her cats.
Mayra Arteaga, CNA
Mayra Arteaga is from Monmouth, IL but resides in Canton with her boyfriend and dog. They are expecting their first child in July! As well as expecting a child this summer Mayra will also graduate from Methodist college with a bachelors in Healthcare Management with a minor in Behavioral Health Science, as well as a gerontology certificate. She has been a CNA since 2010 with experience in hospital, clinical, out patient and long term care facilities.
